What is Lean Product Development ? A question I explored with MBA students at Imperial College London. We discussed Lean, Agile, Lean Startup and shared how Minimum Viable Product is a process of learning with the customer at the centre.

The global product development lifecycle is more than just a visualisation of a product at a life stage. We have created a framework which acts as a lens into the global organisation, allowing the organisation to fully use it’s capabilities to adopt agile beyond the development teams. Wrapped into this are Lean Startup practices, which fully embrace Build, Measure, Learn at the heart of product development.
Over a products lifecycle, different agile methodologies are more suited and evolve over time. We take a look into evolving practices and frameworks overtime in an agile context and see where Lean Startup, Scrum and Kanban appear and how this relates to Lean.
